FWIW, ALL Liability policies are LIMITED. There’s no such thing as “limited liability insurance”. Each policy states what it covers, and how it’s limited. No policy covers EVERYTHING.
If you’re an employee or uninsured subcontractor, it’s possible that you have coverage under that policy. It’s also possible that coverage for you is excluded.
You will have to talk to him to find out.
